About how the use of certain words in the Holy Land is very problematic, as so many wrong associations arise. No, not all Arabs all Muslims and yes, I know that already since reading 'Het zijn net mensen' and yes, it's still easy to forget the Christians in this country. Or the fact that there's 13 different recognised communities of Christians.

On how the entire group seems to realise that how longer one stays in the Holy Land, the more complicated the picture becomes and the less one gets it.
- Bizarre Bazaars
About buying stuff on a market in this country and on how the non-touristic market were we drank wine was a lot more fun (and cheaper) than the super touristic one in the Old City.

About meeting two Palestinian Christian students, whose lifes were so much different from mine, while at the same time also similar to a certain degree.
